September has been a fun month with spending time at the cottage and feeding the birds (one of the words Ben is very proud of). We also worked alot in the backyard helping papa with more of his landscaping. Curtis invited us to the shellfish festival in Charlottetown one day and that was fun... Matt still loves to eat mussels. On sept 22 we had a potluck bar B Q and bonfire in our backyard. Mama and Ben sat by hte fire and papa gave the kids tractor rides... only in PEI. Things are well and of course, pretty busy.

summer 2007 aug and early sept
Our summer was spent at the cottage, at home , visiting alot of friends etc etc. Here are pics of Matt pushing Ben on our swingset at home. Gramma on the trampoline with ben, Matt with a mud filled face after playing in the big dirt pile... fun to watch Buzz lightyear doing faceplants in the mud... managed to enjoy the PEI beaches (less so this year with all the traveling around) and of course our Ben turned 2 on August 25th... he apparently likes cake as much as his brother does. The last picture I put on was taken of Matt on sept3 when he felt he needed to wear both his ear protectors and his bike helmet. By the way, Ben can now steer his bike and Matt did his first 5km bike ride for the hospital friendship run last saturday.
summer in calgary- july17-aug3 2007
The trip to Calgary was fun and Matt and Ben got to know their cousins Caleb and Reiley very well. Poopa loved to play with all the kids ouside , always getting everyone ver wet!!! Uncle Kolin and Tante Ellen came for a visit too. Tante Heidi and Onkel Paul hung out alot as well as Onkel Darwin and Tante Elke. Oma and Poopa took the boys for many park outtings including the train rides at Bowness Park. Mama was pretty low key this trip. We are expecting MacNeill number 3 at the beginning of March. We are all very excited. Enough for now, the next pics will cover the rest of the summer.
