After Christmas...

The last 3 days have been spent mostly at home playing with all the toys.. playdough, painting, dress up, castles and lego.... hoping tomorrow will be a better outside day. By the way, Ben and Thomas took turns today sitting on Santa Matt's knee. Almost Happy New Year to all!! No one has vomited in 2 days... hope we are in the clear!!! The macNeills

Christmas Eve and Day

What a fun Christmas with Gramma visiting and lots of fun times. On Christmas eve we got to listen to Matt play JIngle Bells on the keyboard and Ben sing at the mike!! We then got to eat all sorts of yummy treats followed by songs and lots and lots of presents. Gramma then read to the boys before bed and before they knew it, morning was here and santa had come!! Ben could not get over his stocking. They raced through the goodies , had a breakfast of candy and chocolate and then got to play with all the new toys. The spiderman underwear was pretty cool too. Then the macneill family came over for a delicious turkey and ham dinner!!! We are now all settling down for a long winter nap. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night. The MacNeills

Almost Christmas!!

We had a few fun visits from friends and Santa managed to visit with us yet again before Christmas... how exciting for us all!!! Today we hung out at home since Thomas was vomitting most of everything he managed to eat and drink. He still was pretty pleasant for being sick. Matt and Ben helped mama make a Christmas present for Gramma today. We worked pretty hard and we can't wait until Christmas to give it to her!!! 4 more days!!! The MacNeills

So Matt used a red (washable marker) to make himself look like rudolph... sigh. Matt has taken to using the digital camera and takes hundreds of pics... he took some of Jasper that were pretty cute so I put one on the site. We finally decorated the tree with the help of the boys. It was fun and the boys liked seeing all the presents under it... I think Oma and Poopa, as well as gramma have been pretty generous this year!!! Kids are all so excited... well maybe not Thomas so much yet. The picture of Ben was also taken by our 5 yr old photographer... Hope everyone is getting excited for the season, all the best, the MacNeills

It must be Christmas!!!

This weekend was alot of fun . Saturday began with the daycare Christmas concert. Ben and Matt both sang their first "solos" on stage!!! They all sang so well that santa came for a visit!! Santa however was a busy man and came and visited us again at our friend's house that afternoon!!! Ben gave him a kiss and even Thomas thought "who is this guy???" Santa got lost in the "group photo" with all the kids though. After all that excitement and with the rain/snow day we had today, we made Christmas cookies at home and then went out to see the Kensington Santa Parade. Poor santa is SO busy this time of year.
