Last days with Oma and Poopa

We snuck in a windy beach day at Thundercove with Oma. Matt is doing a "cannonball" which means he runs as fast as he can down the sand dunes...often landing on his face with sand in his eyes... he usually laughs... "I'm OK" as mama thinks he hurt himself. Oma had to try as well!!! We then were sand drawing (matt's own airplane) and I buried my boys in the sand. Oma was an airplane with Ben and ran with both boys for a good half hour... she was pooped after that!!! Today was a rainy day so we played inside with Oma and Poopa all day and they took the boys to the harvest festival kids activities. The visit ends too soon and we can't wait to see them in Calgary this fall. Have a safe trip home Oma and Poopa and thank you for the fun visit. Hope Poopa feels better soon, love the macNeills.

Baptism and Oma and Poopa visit

As you can see, a crane was needed to get the rafters for Steve's "shed" up... is it really a shed??? Depends who you ask !!! Matt loves hanging out with the babies and also loves the beach. He is burried and looks like a dragon (Ben soon wanted the same but only his legs were allowed to be burried.) The Kensington parade with Oma and Poopa visiting was alot of fun...particularly the candy!!! We then had Thomas' baptism outside at St John's chruch. This was fun and a big day for the little man as he also tried cereal for the first time... with a bit of success. Good job Oma. Gramma came for a visit as well and then the new bunkbeds were finally put up in Matt and Ben's room. What a fun and full last few days. FInally the sun is out a bit.. we hope to get a few more weeks of summer yet! love the MacNeills
