Birthday parties

Not only did Matt have a fun time at his party with his motor boat cake and all his friends, he then got to see gramma and auntie Pam and Auntie Heather and Nannie for a SECOND birthday cake in the same day!! What a lucky 5 year old boy. Thomas had a fun time with alot of attention as well. Ben enjoyed the party games as well and especially all the yummy treats!! Pin the tail on the dragon (papa is quite an artist isn't he?) was a pretty fun game, Ben came second!! Hope everyone had as much fun as we did today, take care, the MacNeills

Matt's Playschool concert

As you can see, Ben really does not like to eat vegetables...but is willing to play with them...sigh. (Matt took the picture) Papa is sitting watching matt preform. He is a green lightbulb. Matt is 5 !!!

Thomas is riding the horses!! For a few seconds anyway!! Matt had a fun birthday with a surprise visit from gramma!! He was very excited and thanks everyone for all the cool presents!!! We went to pizza delight for a "big dog pizza" and Matt can't wait til his party next week. Thanks to everyone who sang over the phone as well!!! Matthew was excited all day. First big snowstorm

Yesterday was a stormy wet day where we were inside most of the day. The boys made crowns and then dressed up for hours!!! I am so lucky to have 2 spidermen that protect this house!! Papa is seen here in his famous work overalls!!! The wires were connected to our house and shed today... as you see the steel is now being slowly put on the outside as well... too bad for all the snow that will delay the shed. The kids however wanted to so much to built a "snow unicorn" and go sledding. "Dragon mountain" (aka big pile of leftover dirt from shed) was a pretty fun place to spend an hour today!!! Another party and dress up friend

Gabrielle (and her family) and some friends came over for dinner and we ended up with wizards, unicorns (Matt thinks that unicorns only smile upside down like that!!), the hulk, pirates, giraffes.... all at the party!!! Matt, Ben and Gabrielle are caught dancing to the piano music...slow motion , then quicker and quicker... they fell asleep quite quickly tonight!! Thomas liked the rice as well!!! The MacNeills

Dress up has been so much fun lately. Finally had the Younkers, Pendletons and Bourassa over, it was fun to get back to our "regular" suppers. Hope everyone is well, The macNeills

NOvember, dress up time

NO you are not seeing things, poopa and oma played (and took great care) of Thomas while mama was in Calgary for work last weekend. Thomas (under Poopa and Oma's direction) started drinking again as well!!! Horray!!! Today was rememberance Day and after the morning services, we had a dress up afternoon... the unicorns, hulks, giraffes, spidermen were all running around the house. Trick or treat!!!

Halloween and the day after

Halloween was a quick fun night with lots of treats!!! The monkey (Thomas) was being held up by the tree (mama) and King Papa and sir Matthew the knight were held captive by the pirate Benjamin.... Thomas was "his monkey". ANyway, our friends joined us and it is amazing how much stuff the kids got in only about 8 houses!!! Matt and Ben ate while watching the bedtime movies and then surprisingly fell asleep quickly. Next day , matt gave ben some horse rides and they played alot together. Thomas watched all the fun, I think he can't wait to play along!!!
