Beavers!!!

Matt just had his investiture and is now a Beaver. The parents all got to come out and see 7 of our 9 beavers (2 are sick) say their promises and laws. It was a pretty fun night and we are all proud of our boys. Thomas is riding horses and climbing up on things and taking the odd crawl forward... he is growing up so fast. We were in a deep freeze (minus 20 and colder for a week) and suddenly it is "plus9" and everything is melting. Regardless you can see that we have not been outside as much in the bitter cold... the video shows a typical evening at the MacNeills. (well with papa!! Horray!!) Hope everyone is well, teh MacNEills..PS Yes that is Ben hiding in the costume box...for over 30 minutes..I think he was tired. The playmobile castle (which is used alot) was cast aside for the "homemade diaper box with one tower and 2 doors...who would have thought it was just as fun!!!

skating!!!First time.

Tried to get a video clip of Matt and Ben skating. Matt was a few times when he was 2 and Ben had never been on any sort of skates. What a fun time and they stayed on the ice for 45 minutes!! Our good friend Beth was celebrating her birthday and that is how we got invited to this skate. Thanks for the really fun party, the MacNeills

Let it snow!!! Welcome 2009!

We have had a ton of snow with some drifts up to 1.5m high. Ben actually walked in his snowshoes and we all tried out our new igloo. We also had a bunch of friends come to visit today. What a wonderful day it was. Boys are already asleep from all the excitement. This is also a quick video of Tom and his drum. (right before bed) Hope everyone is having a fun 2009!! The macNeills
