First Beach Day

Super DAD and boys.... the morning was full of capes running by as I fed Thomas. We then headed out to Cabot Beach .. in the morning with our friend Curtis. A day in the sun was what the doctor ordered. Have a good day, the MacNEills

Thomas' room

Steve has been very busy, between work, the residency program, students, ER schedule, teaching , and the boys, he has managed a fair amount of work in both the shed and Thomas' room. As of today, it has insulation!!! We opened up the closet and now the room it a ton bigger too!!! The small door connects to Matt and Ben's room too... we shall see how long we keep it open!!! The are really into facepainting (Ben did the red on my face and matt did the rest) and they love to play baby with Thomas!!! A video would do it better justice!! April floods

As you can see we have a pond in our backyard...even the seagulls enjoy the swim!! At a foot deep (at its worst) i can't blame the birds!!! Steve has been pumping it out almost as fast as the snow melts...we really did get alot of snow this year!!! The boys and I were clowns yesterday and Matt decorated my face. We then paraded around the neighbourhood singing "Be a clown be a clown be a clown!!" Thankfully not too many people were home in the middle of the day!! Had a group bath to wash up as well!! easter snow!!!!

What a surprise after loosing most of our snow, to wake up in a winter wonderland... Happy Easter!!! The boys had fun with the easter baskets and bread and after church they came home and the bunny left a bunch of eggs all over the house. Thomas did get some chocolate but spit most of it back out!!! (whose child is that???) We also got a school desks from friends of ours this week and we've had a lot of fun with them. Boys got bubbles yesterday and had to try them out despite the snow!!! Jasper likes to chase and eat them!!! Happy Easter to everyone, we are now off to a family supper, all the best, the MacNeills

Snow time

We had a huge snow storm and so we have spent the last few days outside in the back yard. As you can see. there was alot of snow (30cm) and wind (hence alot of drifting) resulting in alot of fun sliding down and making caves and making our "snow unicorns". Thomas came outside yesterday after his nap for 1 and a half hours so that was fun too. He was not too sure about the snow as he finds it tough to get around with a fleece outfit on. Jasper wanted to play with us in the snow too. We were all pretty tired last night. Matt even got to go in a snowmobile ride (thanks to our friends up the street) so he was REALLY excited. Boys have been playing alot of dress up... Ben the fireman or the "hammer man" struts his stuff all over the house. Matt (aka spiderman or some super hero) has amazing fire powers etc etc. Thomas simply hangs out and tries to catch up to the boys. It has been a really fun last few days. Matt had fun feeding Thomas who seems to prefer being fed off of forks lately!!! Hope you are all well, the MacNeills
