You turn your back for one minute!!!
Honestly, in less than a minute, Sam had unrolled the entire roll of toilet paper and had walked across the room and back. He really is growing up and quite the little man!! I believe mama was either with Thomas or with the older boys at the table. Amazing.

No School all Week!!!
Gotta love the boys and all the running around, bike riding and fun they create. Some would say they are a bit "busy" but I love to watch them run and play. Ellen had her 3rd Birthday at the last playgroup and Tom insisted on singing Happy Birthday to her with his guitar. Sam is my "run away m and m!!" The MacNeills

A Cool but Sunny Day
We decided to try the bikes out this morning and despite the cool wind, the boys rode their bikes. TOm loves his "Runner Bike" and is pretty fast. Ben only sat on his as the cold weather was too much for him. Matt rode his own as well as the attached bike , with Steve and Sam. Sam loved it!! I think we will have some great bike rides this summer!! Matthew was a Zombie yesterday in case anyone is wondering!! Tom loves the trucks he got from Gramma and Dale. The boys then had friends over and played outside in the playground all afternoon. They should sleep well tonight!! The MacNeills

While I was gone, PEI was busy too
From the 11th of March until the 18th, I was in France visiting my sister Heidi while Steve was home all week with the boys!! They did well as Steve got to see the boy's science fair . Ben did one on floating flowers and Matt on what conducts electricity. Gramma and Dale took the older boys to a hockey game. Notice that Matt was so excited that he insisted on wearing his hockey pyjamas to the games!!! They were pretty thrilled about that and the trip to MacDonalds. Overall the boys got along fine without their mama. Thanks guys. The MacNeills
More in France
So despite the more rainy/cloudy weather we had the next 4 days, we managed to visit Bordeaux for a day with Paul. We got to try the markets out in Biscarrosse and the chocolate filled donuts are really rather tasty!! JE loves the carousels that are found at most parks, or town squares..even in the smaller towns!! We went to Europes largest dunes..quite a hike to the top but a wonderful view!! We played at Heidi's house and wrote postcards when the sun peeked out. We also ran alot of errands and spent some time at the daycare that is absolutely beautiful!! I got to bake easter bread in the evenings and overall had a most wonderful time. 5 days in France is not enough but thank you Piovoso Family for letting me hang out !! You guys have such a nice place to live for the next few years!! The boys will certainly love to come visit next year!! Thanks.

We have been having fun with the coke bottle glasses!! Sam finally had his photographs done so the wall is now complete!! Sam is walking everywhere !! Feels like spring with 5 degrees and a ton of snow melting... we can actually see out the front window... a bit. The amount of snow we have is fabulous!!! The MacNeills

Still snowing!!
So I am finally trying to figure out how to store and work with pictures on Aperture so here are pictures of our last few days, digging ourselves out of snow. Steve is trying to find the bird feeder in the snow piles. Sam is walking everywhere and though Tom seems to be smiling with Sam, he really is pretty jealous of his brother. Sam is equally jealous of Tom. This has led to some interesting times at home!! Thomas loves the goo goo goggles (see Dr Seuss ABC book). He and Ben wear them a lot lately!! Thomas' playdoh food set has also been a huge hit. Matthew made him this chef hat using parchment paper and regular paper. Gotta hand it to him, Tom is very proud!! Hope everyone else is surviving all the snow. We have record snow falls not matched since 1982. Considering we had no snow at Christmas, it really has been a lot, quickly!! (Possibly more tonight and another storm on Monday??? ) The MacNeills
