september already

The first few pictures are of Ben's actual birthday... fireman theme all the way!!! We then tried to get a few macneill children photos as matt loves to hold his brother... We had some friends from ontario visiting us this past week and we were lucky to get one nice beach afternoon in.. the water was much warmer than the air!!! The kids loved the waves and were all very soaked by the end. Sebastien and his sister Gabrielle can at least say they tasted salt water!!! Matt was writing his name in the sand. We also had playgroup at our house again and mama got to swing with her two youngest boys. Today was a beautiful day where we spent the afternoon playing on the huge dirt pile by the "shed". Ben and matt were hosed off and then bathed (hence the naked brothers driving their box car around the house) before supper tonight!! Thomas just sat and watched. Here he is chewing on some banana in one of those baby mesh things... loves it!! We are all so excited for Tante Heidi and onkel Paul ... can't wait to meet Jane Ellen!!!! (Yes there is a little girl cousin...finally!!!) The MacNeills

Ben's birthday

Sorry for the delay . We have had alot going on and that includes the boat ride on Uncle Ronnies boat... Matt loved catching a fish (as did ben) and then matt jumped into the ocean from the boat... papa then had to show him up and do a flip off the boat. Gramma caught alot of fish and auntie Heather held our baby during his long nap. Thomas liked the ocean swim as well. Next day was ben's birthday party at the Mill River Fun park and the water slides and bumper boats were alot of fun. This orange boat birthday cake (yes mama had to put chocolate spinach and carrot cake on the menu), and the trampoline and the many present s were all alot of fun. Thanks to everyone for all the presents and well wishes. mama goes back to work tomorrow and so ends our really fun summer... thankfully I am only working two half days a week to start!!! Happy September, the MacNeills
