Ben's Birthday party at Fun Park

Ben is soon to have his birthday and asked for a pirate party up at the Fun Park. We invited about 5 or 6 families...which makes for alot of kids and alot of fun. The cross bone cookies and jolly roger flag were a hit... I think the kids liked the chocolate gold coins the best!! Our 3 older boys enjoyed the water, bumper boats, ball room, water slides etc. Matt even tried the high "aqua rage slide" and as he said after "It made my stomach feel funny so once is enough in one day!!" Full of cake and treats from the pinata, Ben was pretty excited to get home and play with all his new toys. Thank you everyone for a fun birthday party!!!
We also snuck in another beach trip and some dress up time ... can never have enough super heros in the house!!! Thomas is soaked from the sprinklers and loves the swings. The MacNeills

Dressing up!

Matt and Papa and Ben decided to dress up for supper!! (As Ben said, he wanted to look handsome!!) They proceeded to make alot of funny faces and then eat supper!! The 3 boys decided to play in their "rocket ships...aka stools" for the evening. Each had controls and a steering wheel. The kids also love to sing along wth "Splash and Boots" , two child entertainers who dress in yellow and blue. The boys decided to dress like them one day. Tom still has to wear a yellow shirt with blue shorts each morning!! Of course, you can see Sam is growing up too fast, he is now 7 months old. The MacNeills

Twin Shores..again.

We obviously like to visit this beach this year, especially since we were joined by friends from up west, from Halifax and a few local people... Sam is getting much better at eating again.. his cold made it difficult last week!! The MacNeills

more beaches and haircuts!!!

Another day at the beach and this time Matt got to try out some boards in the water. The water was incredibly warm!!! Tom hid under the camper to play with toys!! We all had a blast getting wet!! Matt and Ben finally made it to soccer for only the second time this season... apparently we have been away alot of Mondays!! We then decided that haircuts were past due. Matt and Ben got blue and yellow colour and the next day, Thomas got his cut and got some blue put into it to be like his brother!!! The macNeills

just another day at the beach

Meet Treasure, our fish that swims upside down ... since before we went to calgary in may!!! Even our fish have to be "special!!" (George, Goldie and Big Ben are normal!!) Matt decided to draw on the windows.. this is baby Jesus with Mary and Josef!!! I had to get a picture before I cleaned the windows!! We met our friends Meaghan and Callie Mae at the beach again today. We had a fun time.. so much fun that we all needed baths!! This is the first bath where Sam did not cry at all (since 2 months old!!) We also had a few friends from New Brunswick drop by!! What a busy and fun summer this is !! The MacNeills (PS Also it is Steve's first day back (well evening) since his vacation... I am not sure if it is harder on him or on the family at home!!!:))
