Tree Planting at Beavers

Ben's Bear friend "Toutou" came home from school with him to spend the night and he has to write a story about his adventures. Toutou had a great time with the Beavers planting trees and hiking in the woods. The boys gave us a "dirty hands" picture and then at the end, Matthew and Benjamin bucked Toutou back up in his own seatbelt for the ride home. We enjoyed the fog but no rain and balmy 9 degrees!!! (Better than 6 and rain which has been the norm for the last 2 weeks!! It can only keep getting better!) The MacNeills

Congratulations to Heidi and Paul and big sister Jane Ellen for welcoming their little boy into the world today!!! Biscarrosse has a new healthy baby boy to play with!! We are SO excited and can't wait to meet our new cousin. Congratulations again!! More pictures to come I hope!! The MacNeills

Relay For Life

The 2011 Relay For Life in Summerside was held early this year on Friday the 13th. This entire night, the Hive Honeys (I did don't have a team picture this year... I guess I was just too busy that night) walked for our friend Dawn Davis and many other people we love who have died from cancer. At about 3 or 4 in the morning, when you walk around the track and see all of the luminaries.. you can't help but shed a tear or too and think about our friends and family that we have lost. We miss you Jim. The MacNeills

Rainy Days with Mops!!

Thomas and Sam are well entertained for hours with a mop each! For Tom it is a sword, for Sam, a mop. We also like music and even Jasper likes to stay inside when there is so much cold drizzle!! Hope it is warming up everywhere else. The MacNeills

Mother's Day.

This year Mother's Day had to be cancelled due to vomiting and diarrhea on the part of the mom in this house. (Hence no photos!) Her most cherished gift was from her husband who brought home 2 IV bags of fluid and a wonderful dose of gravol and zofran so she could make it through the day with her beloved little boys!! Oh, the playdough picture of apples from Ben, the cards, hand bouquet from Thomas and plants from Matt, the fence around my blueberries so Jasper does not keep walking on them (Matt and Ben helped Papa with that) were also really nice. I appreciate them so much more today !!! Hope everyone else had a wonderful Mother's Day!!

Alex brings a visitor!!

The boys were so excited to play with the 9 week old puppy belonging to Amber. I am not sure how the puppy felt but even Jasper was pretty gentle. Not as much could be said for Tom who felt he should hold the puppy..all the time. Thanks for bringing her by.

May is here!!

Sam got to go swimming with Jacquie and as you can tell, he loves it!! Mama had her birthday so we decided it was time for our first visit to the Frosty treat!! It was yummy!!! Thanks for all the Birthday Wishes. The MacNeills PS. Sam loves to wear bike helmets, that is why he has one on too!!
