So the MacNeill family made it to Calgary and were welcomed by several centimeters of SNOW!!! Despite rain, we have had several zoo days, park days and lots of fun with our family!!! With the hopes of 28 degrees, we ventured out for our first beach day at Twin shores this year. We met some friends and stayed a few hours... all the boys had fun. Sam thought the sand on his feet and hands was pretty fun but we did not dunk him in the ocean ...yet. Gotta love PEI!!! The MacNeills.
Spring seems to be here.. I think that means that boys get a bit more excited and full of energy. Ben fell asleep under his bed after a full day outside. Sam was so tired that papa could not wake him. Thomas loves the tractor (as do all the boys) and this is Ben wearing his "Bumpa's (steve's dad's) hat. We got a chance to jump on the trampoline (which Tom loves) and play at the cottage today too!! Supposed to hit 28 tomorrow so we will try our first real beach day !! The MacNeills
The Boys are loving the outdoors and Thomas is getting into everything, as usual. He loves to play with Sam...yes that is Tom ON Sam... and Sam is laughing... (We do watch him closely though!!) We had some treasure hunts with Audeanne and play inside alot too. It is finally warming up and my peas and carrots just pushed through the ground today!! Summer is on its way, hurray!! The MacNeills
We have had colder but nice weather so we have managed a few trips to the parks. As you can see, Thomas has "no fear" and he likes the big slides and swings... his mama however has lots of "fear" for him!!! The boys have been wearing capes...and this includes Thomas who must do as the older ones do!!! He even had to try on batman... a bit big for him but he wore it all night!! Ben and Matt made the mask and the two of them like to pose (pretend to be statues) in different "fighting " positions. Never a dull moment in our house lately. There was a fundraiser where the "Frosty treat" dairy bar donated 50% of their proceeds from 5-7pm last friday to the Cancer- "Relay for lIfe". This was the perfect excuse to indulge in some icecream!!! It was a nice walk on a friday afternoon as well. The MacNeills
