Halloween is almost here

This was a fun test of some of the costumes that Matt (the ninja) and Ben (the tiger) wanted to wear this year. Tom was a bat... but that did not last too long. We got to walk/run in the Kensington 5 km fundraiser... papa walked with the 2 younger and Matt actually ran the 5 km with his mama. Everyone was dressed up at the run, it was fabulous!! We then got to visit with our friends Kohl, Kale and Aiden (and all their families) for a Halloween potluck. The pumpkin hunt was fun and we got lots of treats, thank you everyone! Best part was that papa was there all day to play with us!!! (By the way, ben was the photographer and took a pic of me holding Tom... ) Happy Halloween week from the MacNeills

We have had a pretty rainy last 2 weeks... managed to get out for the odd walk and to the park so we stopped for a picture on the way home one day. The ghosts are a highlight for the boys!! Thanksgiving

Poor steve worked ALOT over the last few nights but somehow managed to make it up to the cottage where everyone enjoyed grammas super yummy turkey!!! With full bellies we make it home and surprisingly few leftovers!!!! Thank you so much gramma!!! This past weekend was full of swimming, sunday school, brunch and visiting our friends Callie Mae in Summerside. Thomas likes to put his feet up, rock on the horse like a crazy man (like his brothers) and "read" books. He is always on the move!! Have a good oct and as you can see, Ben can't wait for Halloween!! We got to visit the cottage for lunch and to celebrate Gramma's and Alyson's birthdays!! Thanks for the yummy food and home made icecream!!! Thomas particularly loves the icecream!!! The macNeills

Oct is here!!

We have not taken any pictures in 10days so I took it to the park yesterday just to show that we are still around. We were in Halifax and Digby but I forgot to take any pictures of the kids in the "cottage" where we stayed etc. Oh well, we are all healthy and i guess I can't record everything!!! have a fun october!!! the MacNeills

Papa the "Zorg" and Scarecrow contest !!

Papa had us all in stitches for over an hour as he chased the boys around the house with a big box over his head claiming to be "Zorg" (from Toy Story). He eventually added Thomas "inside the box" as well... it truely was hilarious. Our neighbours just got a new little puppy named Molly... perfect size for Thomas !! Today we spent a few hours at the annual scarecrow contest at Kool Breeze Farms. We had hay rides, face painting, pumpkin decorating, hay mazes, lots of tractors to climb and look at, cookies, music and games ... each year it is pretty fun. Poor papa had to work while we played!!! Happy Fall, The MacNeills

Cool weather and school starts

Ben is now in Playschool and here is a picture of what we thought was his first day. Matt was nervous and refused a picture to start off kindergarten!! He loves it now though!!! Tom is now an eating machine since he was a bit sick last sunday so I guess that is a good reason to be hungry the last few days!! Matt and Curtis had a fun play day that included extra superheros in our house. We are the safest house around!!! Matt and Ben got haircuts today..yes Matt's hair is dyed red with a washable gel...a tradtion Tante Heidi started!!! We will get her back one day!!
