As usual, time ran away from us. We left a flower for Carolin to say goodbye. We then met up with Onkel Josef and Tante Brigitte at the Autohaus Trusch. It is my fault that this visit was so quick but we are so glad that even Sandra managed to pop by for a hello!!! Next time we will certainly have to meet Lara again but for now we wish Sven and Suzanna all the best in their new home. We then went upstairs to say goodbye to Oma. Of course she had chocolate laid out for the boys!! They were super excited... Ben even jumped up on Oma... for a big goodbye hug. We will really miss everyone in Walldurn. We decided we needed to let the boys walk around Walldurn one last time before having to sit on an airplane for over 7 hours. (We had also promised a Lebkuchen heart). It was nice to walk through and see the church where Oma and Poopa got married. We also had to light a candle for the family we have lost. Again, being short on time, we made it to the airport, returned the rental cars and made our way to the plane... on time. The kids eventually fell asleep and so ends a most wonderful family vacation in Germany !!! Thank you to everyone who made this trip so much fun. We were so lucky and treated so nicely. Thank you .
