We got up "early" (well I woke the kids up at 9 or so thanks to the time change of 5 hours!!) and we met Tante Lenchen at the train station. We were off to Hameln to meet up with Tante Olga and go for some Chinese food. Again, we are well fed on many counts. Walking through the streets of Hameln (Pied Piper of Hameln) in 30 degrees made the fountains a huge hit for the kids. The ice cream was also fantastic and Sam made a lot of people smile as he licked his ice cream as he strolled down the street. The adults enjoyed their own treats once the kids were in bed.
